Maintenance Notes:
- Ended PLAY Fishing event, Blessed Rubies sent for card stacks
- Fishing EXP Event ended
- August Adventures event ended, prizes sent (please allow up to 12 hours for your Panda Costume! Raffle 12/14 at 11:00am PDT!)
- Warzone prizes sent
- NEW: Elims Weapons released in the Item Mall! (In-game: Function pages 3-11; Web IM: Function pages 1-2)
- NEW: Wings of Shrouded Bale event #2!
- NEW: 25% Refine Success Boost Event!
- Fix: M and F Blue Clad Dryad names
