Critical Update for XG Items & Game Balance

Greetings Seal Players,
We are announcing a large balance update that will take place on 11/12 during our maintenance. As most players in the community are aware, a large number of illegally refined XG items are currently in the server. These items have been produced for some time now, and even though most players knew that the item was not legal, or selling for far too low of a price, they purchased them anyway. The game balance must be preserved and all players should only be allowed to possess and use items that were legally created and acquired.
In order to improve the state of the game, and to no longer allow illegal items to be used on a day to day basis: Illegal XG items will be converted to G +3.
Instead of banning players or removing the item, we are giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were truly unaware of breaking the rules and therefore we are leaving a G form of the item on the account.
This will also allow lower level players, or players without powerful gear to have a fair chance at being successful in the game at this point.
Moving forward from this point, you will notice a large amount of craftsmen being banned and a much lower number of XG items in the Unison Market. With recent security upgrades, GMs are much more equipped to investigate and eliminate illegal players and items each and every day. Illegal refiners will be found, banned, and not allowed back into the game.
I apologize for the inconvenience if you are one of the people who have their item converted to a G item. Note that many of you knew the item was illegal and were taking a chance. This action is being taken instead of banning for item possession and likely many RMT transactions that took place.
REMEMBER: This is for the good of Seal Online. Illegal activity will be swiftly and silently dealt with from now and in the future. No questions will be asked and no 2nd chances will be given to anybody who displays signs of illegal refining or duping.

If you feel your item was converted incorrectly, you can contact the GM staff members through the support system, but please provide ALL information about the refine including time period, etc!
