Possible Fix for no NPC and Warps in Town

Are you still having an issue with not being able to see NPCs and Warps in town?
You may be able to solve the issue by downloading the following file and REPLACING your "etc" folder in the Seal Online folder.

Remember, replaced the "etc" folder located in your Seal Online client, example: C:\Program Files (x86)\SealOnline Blades of Destiny
Note: This method may disable your visuals of the "vroomy" item so be aware.
