Greetings Seal Players!
At this time the GM team is offering Pet Restorations! Did your pet run away because you forgot to feed it at any point? Now you can get your loyal companion back! PLEASE pay attention to the following instructions on how to get your pet returned.
STEP 1: REPORT PET LOSS TO GMs
To begin the process, you will need to send a ticket to the game staff informing them of your pets loss. Our Staff will investigate both your pet and when you lost the pet.
STEP 2: GET A PET LIFE RESTORE LETTER
Wait for GM response on your case. Depending on the type of pet you have, a GM will instruct you to go to the Item Mall and get the correct revival letter for that pet. NOTE: DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS UNTIL A GM HAS INSTRUCTED YOU TOO, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ERRANT PURCHASES!
STEP 3: GET YOUR PET BACK
After you have reported to a GM through the ticket system, they will investigate the case and tell you what Pet Life Restore Letter you need to purchase. Once you have purchased the "item", contact the GM again and let them know. They will verify that you made the correct purchase and replace your pet for you at that time in exchange for the letter.
Restoration Pricing:
Seed Pets: 2000 RPs
Piya Pets: 3000 RPs
Egg Pets: 4000 RPs
Rare Pets: 5000 RPs
