Dear Shiltzians
We will be conducting an Emergency Maintenance today during the following hours:
Duration: 16:00 ~ 16:20 PDT.
To prevent any inconvenience to your character data, please log off safely before the maintenance begins.
Throughout this EMA, our team aims to address the recent dungeon lag reported after the last maintenance window. Should any related issues persist, we will continue to address them during our next scheduled maintenance.
Since we understand how these disruptions affect your gameplay experience, we will be providing extra Pool Party VIP Coins (once per account) as compensation. They will be distributed after the upcoming July 21st Maintenance and will be available for pickup until July 27th.
