Greetings, Shiltzians,
We want to inform you that we have received several reports of hacked accounts. We are taking this matter very seriously and are investigating three aspects simultaneously:
1. How the accounts were compromised: Whether through phishing sites, account sharing, downloading malicious programs, or other methods.
2. Investigations: We are carrying out investigations in each account that has been compromised. We would like your cooperation and patience since we are trying to solve each case and give the best solution for each player.
3. Accounts that received items obtained illegally: We understand that some accounts may not have been involved in the hacks and may have only bought or received items unintentionally. In such cases, we will review and unlock items as appropriate.
We ask for your patience, as our GM team is working diligently to resolve the situation and identify those responsible.
As always, we would like to remind you of some important measures to improve the security of your accounts:
- Regularly update your passwords and avoid using the same password across other services or games.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.
- Do not download programs from unknown or suspicious sources, as they may contain malware.
- Never share your account with anyone, including friends or family.
- Be cautious when visiting external websites, ensuring they are legitimate and official.
- Regularly review your account activity and report any suspicious access immediately.
