Dear Shiltzians,
You are all invited to read our February Developer's Notes (First Part) bringing out some topics we'd like to introduce.
But first, we'd like to celebrate this announcement by giving away such incredible items through a Special Raffle on Facebook:

In order to participate for them, you need to:
1. Like this post.
2. Share this post in Public Mode.
3. Tag 2 friends.

Rules:
- Event runs from February 15th until February 21st.
- Rewards will be supplied up to August 22nd.
- A total of 15 Shiltzians will come out from the raffle.
- Only one prize per player.
- Make sure to meet all requisites to participate to avoid any disqualification.
