Our Support Platform has been experiencing a higher flow of tickets in the last few days, which has made difficult to our team to reply all of your inquiries and requests on time.

We apologize for this experience and we commit to always assist you and provide you with the best customer service.

To avoid this, we ask you to avoid sending multiple replies in the same ticket unless you have new information to be added to your initial report or previous reply. Also, avoid sending multiple tickets of the same matter. Please, understand that they both delay the response to your ticket.
