Dear Shiltizens,
We have received your questions about the Red Chips and OTP rewards and we have the following clarifications:
1. The Red Chips that have not yet been traded for cegels will be changed on the upcoming maintenance of July 14, 2020. Only the Red Chips obtained through the event boxes will be traded. Once the corresponding cegels are delivered, all the Red Chips will be erased from the accounts.
2. Rewards for using OTP will be sent on the maintenance of July 14, 2020; only users registered until June 30 will be considered. Users registered in July will obtain July’s rewards on the maintenance of August 11.
