Greetings Shiltizians,
We would like to apologize for the recent issue regarding the prizes from Insomnia event for all the affected player who won this reward by achieving the required playtime.
The item "Wood Motorcycle" had an issue in which the item disappeared as soon as it was used. and due to this inconvenience, we sent a compensation reward [Fancy Flower Carriage Ring Box- 7 Days] x2 on Cash bank for the meantime.
Please know that the correct item “Wood Motorcycle” will be sent again on our next maintenance January 29th.
