[Notice] Insomnia Event Prizes

Hello Shiltizens,
After September 26th Maintenance we received some players reports about not receiving the Insomnia events prizes to their accounts.
After checking, we could notify that was an issue on the system used for prizes delivery and indeed some users from Duran and Arus
did not received the prizes correctly.
We deeply apologize for the problem and confusion that this could cause to some of our beloved players.
We would like to inform that we will be proceeding on an emergency maintenance on next week in order to deliver the items correctly to this users and do some work on improving server systems.
In addition, we will be sending a fair compensation prize for the affected players.
The maintenance details will be informed on next Monday, October 1st.
