Our 10/03/2018 Special maintenance has finished and servers are once again live!
Maintenance Notes:
- Security hotfix: Messenger server instability correction. (This was responsable for the lag and delay this past few days.
- Insomnia event prizes delivery for players that didn't receive the prizes last time.
Important:
*As we mentioned before, we will be sending a compensation to users that didn’t receive the Insomnia prizes on September 26th . The compensation will be sent this October 9th maintenance.
*If you still have any problem or question related with the prizes for insomnia event, please send us a ticket using the following link: http://support.playwithi.com/
Additionaly, we want to give and additional compensation for all our beloved players for the inconvenience and the last emergency maintenances, for that, we will have extended weekend boost starting right now until October 9th 14:00 PDT.
